Become an Independent AVON Sales Leader

Indpendent AVON Sales Leaders recruit and train their own team of representatives. Offering help and support to their team members they can earn commission on their team's net sales.

As an independent AVON Sales Leader you would be given support from us with training and marketing materials.

If you are ambitious, like working with and meeting new people and would like to run your own business this could be for you.

There are four different levels of Sales Leadership and at each level your commission levels will increase. At each level, to earn commissions you need to place your own on-time order above your minimum order value.

Sales Leader - commission of between 3-5% on the whole of your front line teams sales You need at least five Representatives in your team.

Advanced Sales Leader - commission of between 5-7% on the whole of your front line teams sales plus additional commission on your downline teams. You need at least fifteen Representatives in your team, two of them at Sales Leader level.

Executive Sales Leader - commission of between 8-10% on the whole of your front line teams sales plus additional commission on your downline teams. You need at least twenty-five Representatives in your team, with five of them at Sales Leader level and at least including one at Advanced level.

Senior Executive Sales Leader - commission of between 8-12% on the whole of your front line teams sales plus additional commission on your downline teams. You need at least twenty-five Representatives in your team, with eight of them at Sales Leader level, including one of the eight at Executive level and one at Advanced level.

PLEASE NOTE YOU NEED TO BE OVER 18 TO BE AN INDEPENDENT AVON SALES LEADER.
